Qualitown Volunteer Agreement This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Qualitown and the undersigned volunteer. 1. Purpose This Agreement outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for volunteers serving with Qualitown. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and rewarding environment for everyone involved. 2. Volunteer Role As a volunteer, you agree to perform the duties assigned to you, which may include (but are not limited to): Assisting with sorting and organizing donations Helping customers in the store Supporting community events and programs Participating in outreach and fundraising activities Other duties as assigned by Qualitown staff 3. Commitment Volunteers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and notify staff in advance if unavailable. Volunteers agree to perform their duties to the best of their abilities and to comply with all Qualitown policies and procedures. Volunteers understand that this is an unpaid position. 4. Conduct and Ethics Treat all staff, volunteers, and community members with respect and kindness. Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and donor information. Refrain from using offensive language or behavior. Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times. 5. Training and Supervision Qualitown will provide necessary training and supervision to support volunteers in their roles. Volunteers are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification when needed. 6. Termination Either the volunteer or Qualitown may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause or notice. 7. Liability Volunteers understand that they serve at their own risk and that Qualitown is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property while volunteering.
