Have a larger donation and need help getting it to Qualitown?
Qualitown Thrift Store offers scheduled donation pickup for eligible donations in our service area. Your gently used items can find a new home while helping us support a more affordable and sustainable community.
What We Pick Up
We may accept clean, gently used:
- Clothing for women, men and children
- Shoes, handbags and accessories
- Bedding, linens and towels
- Housewares and kitchen items
- Books
- Toys and selected children’s items
- Home décor and small household items
- Other quality resaleable goods
Please note: Qualitown does not accept furniture, and certain baby/children’s products and electronic items may not be accepted for safety and insurance reasons.
How Donation Pickup Works
1. Request a Pickup
Complete our pickup request form with your contact information, location and a brief description of your donation.
2. We Review Your Donation
Our team will confirm whether the items are suitable for pickup and arrange an available date.
3. Have Your Items Ready
Please have donations clean, packed and easily accessible when our team arrives.
4. We Pick Them Up
Our team collects your approved donations and brings them to Qualitown for sorting and resale.
