The Purpose Of This Card Is For Participants And Loyal Shoppers Of Qualitown. By Becoming QSM “Qualitown Super Member” And Participating In The Benefits Described Below (The “Benefits”), You Agree To These Program Terms And Privacy.

While In The Store, Ask A Team Member, Cashier Or Manager To Assist You In Registering For The Qualitown Super Member Program At The Cash Register. You Will Be Asked For Your Personal Information, Including Your Email Address, With A Valid Phone Number Required To Complete The Process.  

After Your Registration, You Will Receive Promotional Offers, Sale Day Notices, And Essential Members’ Offers. Program Announcements Will Soon Begin To Arrive In Your Email Inbox When Available.

It Is Straightforward And Convenient. Go To qualitown.ca/members And Complete The Registration Form With The Information Requested. Your Mailing Address And Zip Code/Postal Code, Telephone Number And Email Address Must Join The Program. An Email Will Be Sent To You To Confirm Your Registration, And Your Card Will Be Sent To The Mailing Address Provided.

Changes To The Qualitown Super Members Program Terms Or Benefits

We Have The Right At Any Time To:

• End The QSM Program For Any Specific Benefit;
• Change Any QSM Program Benefit We Offer;
• Change The Requirements For Receiving Or Earning A Particular Benefit;
• Change The Time You Have In Which To Redeem A Specific Benefit; And
• Change Any Other Feature Of The QSM Program.

Suppose We Decide To Materially Change Or Terminate The QSM Program Or A Specific Benefit. In That Case, We Will Notify You Before The Change Or Termination Takes Effect By Email. You Do Not Acquire Any Property Interest In Any Benefits, And They Have No Cash Value. New Offers Will Expire Upon Termination Of The QSM Program Or A Specific Benefit. They Will Not Be Redeemable For Cash Or Any Other Form Of Compensation Except As Law Requires. 

We May Elect To Revise These Program Terms As Needed From Time To Time. If We Make A Material Change, We Will Notify You, And The Revised Program Terms Will Automatically Be Applied.

As To Any Extent Permitted By Law, You Agree That When You Enroll And Participate In The QUALITOWN SUPER MEMBER Program, You Agree To Waive Your Rights Under Any Law Requiring Us To Obtain Judicial Permission To Change These Program Terms Or To End The Program.

If Applicable Law Prohibits Us From Offering You The QSM Program, You May Not Participate In That Program. Suppose Applicable Law Prohibits Us From Offering You A Feature Of The QSM Program. We May Either Decline To Provide You With That Program Feature Or Remove You From The Program.

Restrictions

Each Member Of The QSM Programs Must Have A Separate Account With A Valid And Unique Email Address. Offers Are Non-Transferable And Cannot Be Shared With Family Members, Friends Or Other QSM Program Members. Qualitown Employees May Participate In The QSM Program. Still, They May Not Combine Any Program Discount Or Offer With Their Employee Discount.

You May Cancel Your QSM Program At Any Time. To Cancel Your Membership, Email Store@Qualitown.Ca. For QSM Program Members, Cancelling Your Membership Will Invalidate Any Unused Rewards.

We May Cancel Your QSM Program If We Determine That You Have Violated These Program Terms, The Terms Of Use, Or Our Privacy Policy. We May Cancel All Of Your Offers If We Determine That You Have Received The Offers Due To An Error, Fraud Or Deception. Or In Any Manner Not Authorized By These Program Terms.
