How To Use Your Gift Cards
Our gift card can be used in-store and online if the product online has allowed you to process payment using your gift card. Qualitown gift cards can be purchased in the store and online with no limitation on the amount that can go on the card. Our gift card and be used as a payment method during checkout. Your gift card can be used at any given time in the store.
However, we do not give a refund to your card as our POS system is not set to do any such transaction. All gift cards purchased and final.
How To Check Gift Card Balances
Our gift cards are easy to use and access. Customers are allowed to add funds to their existing cards. Purchasing a gift card from us is like buying every other item in the store, whereby you still checkout using your debit card or cash payment to finalize the initial card purchase. A receipt will be given to you showing the transaction of your purchase. You may quickly check your existing balance on every gift card you purchase when a cashier scans your card through this process. Always keep a copy of your receipt for future reference.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
The main component of these gift cards is that it is not attached to an individual or an account, so there is no personal information linked to our gift cards. Even if you use a credit card to purchase our gift card, this does not mean that the stolen funds can be traced. Therefore, gift card holders should be more responsible about their cards to prevent lost or stolen as we do not have essential details of their cards. With this being said, we advise that you take a clear photo of the front and back of your existing card where be barcode is clearly visible for scanning to enable us to retrieve your balance only.
We can not transfer your previous gift card balance into a new card in this process. Each card stands alone and can’t be shared, but funds can be added. If you cannot provide any details of your lost or stolen card, we won’t be able to provide you with any details or retrieve the card balance.

- Treat your card like cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only. Redeemable at Qualitown Thrift Store and any of its locations nationwide. Suitable for purchase at any time with no expiring date.
- Redeemable at Qualitown for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. Treat this card like cash; it will not be replaced if lost. For gift card balance, terms and expiration date, present this card at Qualitown. This card is the property of the issuer.
- Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
- This gift card may be applied toward any purchase made at our Qualitown store locations. This gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
- This card is good at all Qualitown Store locations displaying the ( Qualitown Thrift Stoe Gift Card) symbol. Treat this card like cash; it will not be replaced if lost. This card is subject to the Qualitown Thrift Store agreement terms. This Gift card may be applied to the cost of any item in our stores.
Compliance With The Law
By purchasing Qualitown Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing Qualitown that the activities in connection with which Qualitown Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions. Whereby, all applicable laws, rules and regulations, that the Qualitown Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Qualitown.
In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Qualitown Thrift Store LTD. and its subsidiaries and affiliates against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Qualitown Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time as we add new features and services, as laws change and as industry privacy and security best practices evolve. Suppose we make any material change to these Terms and Conditions regarding the use of your card. In that case, we will provide notice on our sites.
